Fast facts:
"Childbirth hasn't changed since the beginning of history; only our attitudes and out methods ever change. Well-designed research studies reveal the truth behind attitudes and practices. With solid, reliable information in your hands, you have a better yardstick with which to evaluate everything related to your baby's impending birth: caregivers, institutions, practices, policies......"

My 6 year old son was sitting at the kitchen bench watching me make dinner with pen and notepad in hand.
He asks "Mummy, what should I draw?" I was a little lost for ideas so I cheekily replied, "Draw a woman giving birth..."
He was busy (and quiet) for 2 minutes and this is what he had drawn.
Note birthpool, couch on left hand side and kitchen bench/drawers on the right, kitchen sink bottom right - I presume its a homebirth!.
As for the sound effects - go figure! Bless him x
